The idea for Lemons & Olives Catering was inspired by our travels in the Mediterranean, our annual pilgrimage since we were kids. The beauty of lemon and olive trees, the big blue sea, simple island life, and flavors of traditional food inspire us every time. When we return to New York, the food and wine we discovered and happily jotted down in our holiday journals come to life through Lemons & Olives Catering.
The food we serve transports to country life and local tavernas from Greece, Italy and France, to Spain, Portugal and Morocco, places where simple fresh seasonal food is at the heart of every family’s table.
Our mission is to recreate these feelings from our travels with each dish we cater to our clients.
